Airtel Broadband Services — Cheating

This is Poornima from Chennai. I was residing out of Chennai previously, but then shift to Chennai. I was in urgent need of broadband, and my sister was the one who recommended me Airtel, because she got the connection in two days. So, I opted for it, cancelling BSNL that I have been using for more than 4 years. The very first day after applying for the connection, three executives came and got the form filled and money (500/-) in cash and left. That is it. Since I heard good about Airtel, I have not got the number of those executives. The day I applied for connection is May 12, 2009, and after that nearly three times the site managers came and visited my home and told that it is not possible to give connection. I said okay and told them to return the money, but they have not done it so far. They made me to call the customer care daily, at least three times, and it costed me more than what I have given to them. These bleady cheaters, money grabers, tortured like anything like putting me on hold for more than 20 mins on phone and cutting the call in between and telling to register complaint, etc.. but til now nothing hapend. Airtel people are suit wearing thieves, bleady cheaters, bleady pickpoketers.

This is my complane reference no: [protected] sent by airtel on 12-july 2009 12:37:22am and [protected] ref no.orally dectated by Mr.Santhosh on 15-07-09 at 11.17am during the telephgonic conversation.I am very upset and dis satisfied by your poor co-ordination beteween staffs which is affecting the customer and poor co-ordination from customer care towards the customer approcing to u.I called the customer care on 09 th july 2009 for the clarification of my account debeting details i.e., i found that from the past two or three months there are deduction in my account like daily 1 rupee is deducied and some of the time i use to recieve a message like my no has been used in gold contest in which i have loosed money.So in this way i noticed that my account is getting debeted day by day, because i am a very bussy worker i couldnt call the customer care little early now i find the time and i called the customercare for which the responce was very bad. So i approched as a telephonic call to your customer care one lady called kamakshi was on line.I told the same problem which i faced in turn she has gone through and reported me that it is due to my plan they are deducing 1Rs.daily from my account.i asked her that earlir i didnt find this deduction she told it is debeted daily as per my plan.and i also asked about the gold contest she didnt reply me at all. and she told me that if i want to stop the rental which is debited daily i.e., t rupee then she told me to message as stud364 or some no to 404 and i asked her specifically that whether my talk time will be samei.e., airtel to airtel local will be 39 paisae and other mobiles 59 paise.she told that it will be the same as earlier there will not be a change on call rate but the rental of 1rupee will be stoped in this scheme.and after the confirmation from the lady named Kamakshi i SMSed for plan change.
Then i found suddenly the rate difference from a call to my freind as airtel 1rupee which is a huge loss for me.I am not at all satisfied with your poor customer services.Again i called the coustomer care one Mr.male i dont know his name he has attended the call and againi told the same history then he replied some other code and he told me to send this code to 404.and he told that the plan will be changed within 6 hours.Then according to his advice i send the sms to 404 then i got the reply from 405 or 876 i am not sure, saying that the request will be acccepted after august 14th of 2009 or 2010 i dont know.Then i messaged back to the customer care about this then they didnt responded me.Again i called on 11th july 2009 at 07.03 pm and again i spoked with the same lady Kamakshi and told again the same history to her then she told me that she will file this as complane and she told that she will be changing my plan by herself within 14th of july 2009 before 2.30 pm she will be changing the plan and she also told me that to save the sms which irecieve as a reference of complane.Then i asked her such a long durartion for the plan change, she replied that it is a processing time and she promised me that the plan will be definately changed.and till this point of time i was waiting for the plan change and still it has been not changed.and i called today morning again to the customer care at 11.17am thethe so called Mr.Santhosh was on line who replied me hardly and hepazardically refused and i am not satisfied with your services at all and i am not going to belevie your services it shows that the services are not fit by you.He replied that the plan cannot be changed and he told that you can complane but it will not be changed.I want my services to be back within 24 hour otherwise i am going to file a case against this persons mentioned above and against your services also.i was also calm till yestarday they made me tensed by their words and your services which shows thwt your services are lie according to the talk held with the so called lady Kamakshi.
with such a big story i think there will be some feedback from your services.

I palyed daily cash contest on[protected], 10:40am i have got 4 point continue and the 5th question is FIFA WORLD CUP CONCERNING WITH WICH GAME, my answer is FOOTBALL, but on the contest answer they respond me this is the wrong, i want to know why cheat airtel to his customers.this game is from airtel live and charge is Rs.6/-min.please clear anyone.and contact me [protected]
