[Resolved] Airtel / Broadband Services — Poor customer care | |
Dear Sir, I am having Airtel Landline and broadband connection. Since, i have to travel Uk for six months i thought of placing my broadband in safe custody (300 Rs per month) and customer service told me that I need to pay 300 for safe custody and call charges for my landline phone. I agreed and gave the cheque to my father before I left the country. When My father went to Airtel relationship centre, they told him that we need to pay 300 for safe custody and 550 for the monthly plan for telephone??? When i am already in 850 Plan and in that i have just submitted my broadband for safe custody, why should i need to change my telephone plan? Customer care told that I need to pay 300 and only the outgoing call charges for my landline. relationship centre is saying a different story.. On a whole, Airtel is trying to make customers unhappy. Why should I need to pay 300 + 550 + call charges, when i am not using my broadband.. This is ridiculous. I have sent mails to customer care, Nodal officers, Appellate officers, but no response from any of them. Even, I tried calling the nodal managers and appellete managers, of course they wont pick the calls. Regards Manikandan Was this information helpful? | |
