Dear sir/Mam we are very fedup from the airtel services, we registered complant number of tme to disconnect my land line no.[protected]by name of Mrs. Sunita Rani) but we havn't receive any feedback from the company side we register first complaint on 30-oct-2009 (ref no[protected] to disconnect this number after that i have a list of refernce numbers of complaint which i had continusly done 10-nov-2009 26320272 02-dec-2009 7590867 02-dec-2009 [protected] (Montrhly bill not receive) 02-dec-2009 27104918 (duplicate bill request) 15-dec-2009 27549602 18-dec-2009 27663110 28-dec-2009 received a call from the no[protected] from Mr. Ajay Mishra ask for a broadband connection & he said we will get this connection with in next 3 days 07-jan-2010 again receive a call from the same number & the same person but the metter is dtill not resolved after the 07-jan-2010 we daily receive a call from the Airtel side to pay your bill , why should we pay the bill if we already give a request either to disconnect this connection or give a broadband connection with the same number. Airtel Broadband Servisec IssueI had asked for disconnection of my internet and fixed line no.4207057 Jan- 2010.I keep calling Airtel helpline who keep assuring me that it is under process.
Somebody came and collect modem and Phone receiver. I paid full month charges also same updated to customer care . Now I received again bill and charge Notice from Airtel.

Airtel Broadband Services — excessive bills that too before the due date
The internet facility was installed on 10th of september and we started availing the services from 12th of september...but the bill has been sent for the billing period 23rd of august to 22nd of september on 29 th of september, which means the bill has been sent within the completion of one month.All the more the bill is sent for Rs746.80 though the plan we have opted for is of 499 . Accordingly the bill shoul be maximum for Rs 550 even if the add tax to the amount and amount 746.80 is impossible to receive. My due concern is this company should be sued for misdirecting their customers within as shortest time as possible as we received the bill within the completion of one month and dat too for an extra amount.Please take the necessary action required.
