[Resolved]  Airtel — Broadband services not working since 26th July 2013

Complaint was registered via email on 26th July that the internet services are down, however, a lame response came from the technician who visited 3 days after , saying, the wire is broken outside and will be resolved in FEW DAYS.
When the SLA is 48 hours, how can the technician simply walk away by saying that it will take few more days?
Moreover, i have been following up via email since the same day but nothing has been done apart from fake assurances whicha re of no use as the internet service is still not active.
if Airtell cannot provide a timely response for esuming services, why do they promise for resolving something which they cannot keep upto.
Pathetic services of Airtel broadband experienced so far.

i had got connection of airtel broadband and uet to that my hard had been formatted and i had to spend 500 rs for that i m not satisfied with airtl services

this service connection provided on 16.10.08 to us by your dept, since then the sevices of connecting is improper, blinker light in dsl lamp is nonstop flashing, except half to one hour a day, many efforts have done to rectified it but all in vien, what should we do pl.do needful so that we can connected with the net .pl.remove the problem of connecting the server. thankyou.

i brought new ventura postpaid conection before 15 days. after 10 days service is closed from your side. i called air tel customer care they told me your self endolment form is not hare
that swhy service is closed. so i went kalyani nagar air tel gallery 22nd jan. 2009. their are submeet s.s.e.f. form. that time they told me your service will be start within 3 days. 7 to 8 time went air tel gallery . nobody is taken action. 50 to 80 time i called to custemer care thay told me every time your service is temporary disconected.
Iam working in hotel industry so i think custmer is god for me. but i dont not what is custmer for u? custmer care given me nodal officer number [protected] he not riceved call.
so please please please request to you very fy my dacument please start my airtel service.

Airtel Broadband Services — Airtel Broadband Services

I am holding an Airtel Broadband Internet connection for nearly 2 years. In January, I have asked them to switch my connection from 999 scheme to 799 scheme. I was under an impression the plan has been changed but it didnt get reflected in February Bill.
Checked with Customer Support and the response was they didnt get any request regarding this so far. This was told to me by their Customer Support executive named Jayashree, for now atleast she has raised a request with no 17474066. Have to wait and see how far it works.
II have raised my request to Airtel representative (Jamanna [protected]) twice for the scheme to be changed.
I have been following up with these guys for more than a week to get it resolved. But the response was really bad from two of their executives Pushpalatha and Pradeep. Several times they told me they will get back to me but is never heard off. I have asked them if they cant resolve it atleast disconnect my Broadband connection then I can go for another Broadband Sevice but is never being heard .

I am facing the internet problem from last 7 days . The internet is not coming , and even i have tried to complain to airtel office but no action is taken from theirside.

This is Raghavendra Rao. Gadde, i'm using airtel broadband service since last 1.5 yrs, recently i paid the bill amt for 3 months at a time even though they not providing the service, this is for kind info and take necessary action.

i made my no recharged for gprs service plan 98/- on 6th feb 2011 acc to that plan net service should be active on my no but unfortunately not .whenever i call to custmor care no they give me wrong solution for this will airtel give me money back or do something

my airtel broadband is not working since 18.4.11....my telephone number is[protected] complaint number is 45336984.
till date no one has even come to attend the complaint inspite of numerous calls on 121. Its really strange and surprising.
