Airtel / Broadband Services — Wrong Bill Generation every month | |||
Hi, I am an airtel fixedline customer and I am harassed from your customer care services: 1) I have raised a complaint to change the bill plan in the month of May-> It was not completed where as I have been assured that it will be completed in 5 days Suffering to customer : I have to pay 1 n half month bill as per old bill [Rs 700 went extra from my pocket]. 2) Security money was not adjusted in my 1st and 2nd month bill : Acc. to company norms it should have been adjusted in the first bill itself. I continuously followed with airtel customer care and due to delay in issue resolution it lead to late fees payment. 3) I am being charged for DSL usage charges from last 2 months : I am not using your PC secure so why I am being charged for the same and why late charges are added to my bill when wrong bill is generated from airtel and customer care does not address the customer problem. Today I called airtel broadband customer care[protected].The call went for half an hour and your customer care representative did not addresses to my issue and finally disconnected the call. Request you please help me to adjust my late fees charges + DSL usage charges for the last bill. Please let me know if you need any further details from my end.
