This is regarding your bill towards my broadband connectivity.
Due to cable shortage or something from you side the BB connection was not working for 7 days, 3 days prior to New Year 2012 and after. I had many commitments and appointments because of new year day. Due to the non availability of BB connection none from your concern took immediate action which made me lot of loss from my commitment. As I am having airtel connection for the past 4 years in two landline numbers, I don’t wish to change the network and requested a small amount of Rs.275 as a waiver and paid Rs.347/- out of my bill amount Rs.622/- for the month of Jan 12. Regarding this bill pending amount I was called by your concern for more than 35 times, every time I replied them about my problem. In-between the connection was blocked from July 2012. Meantime the calls continued from your side for bills payment and at last they negotiated me with the payment, I agreed to pay Rs.200/- which was accepted by the person who called me and then within 5 mins I received a call from the same person and asked me to pay an additional amount of Rs.25/- then I thought to pay the amount and then a guy came in person to collect the amount and compelled me to pay Rs.300/- which made me irritated and told him that I was asked to pay only 225/- there after your executive left, Then I received a call from the same guy who asked me to pay 225/- and said you have to pay only Rs.300/- which shows the improper communication with the customer, I got totally upset. At last on 17th july one lady called me to continue the connectivity with a fresh account in the same LL number (which will get activated within 48 hours) believing, I accepted to continue the same. But your commitment to your customer went on vain. Unfortunately on 29th Aug I got an SMS from airtel regarding till date payment. I could not understand that how is it possible for you to charge for a non availability of the connection. Being a prompt payer of my bills till July 2012, I requested a valid waiver of Rs.275/- but every month adding late fee of Rs.75 per month for the requested amount Rs.275/- I surprised you people torture me for this small valid waiver amount , hence either provide me the fresh connectivity or will go for a good service provider.
