[Resolved] Airtel — Broadband usage - Miscalculations | |
I have registered a complaint with Airtel with reference number 36831168.
Speed was reduced from 2mbps to 256kbps in just 2 days from the start of billing cycle.
This i observed for 2nd consecutive month. My broadband plan has 30GB data download @ 2mbps speed. Actually i have not downloaded 30GB data in just 2 days from billing cycle start (5-Aug-2013).
Airtel customer care is not accepting the miscalculations in their side and i feel there is no use of following up with them anymore.
Anyone please suggest if you have faced such issues, if it was resolved and how ?
