[Resolved]  Airtel Broadband — improper wiring

Dear Concerned,
We have been using airtel since its launching in U.P means 4 yrs back and paid in lacs now they are trying to prove they have the monopoly as they have installed a line of internet which has a taped joint in it through repeated complaints done nobody turns up and instead their customer service and service guy misbehaves and threats for disconnection of our broadband our work is totally based on the nos. we have taken from airtel.These people are trying to cover the story by making threatning calls daily.
