[Resolved]  Airtel — Irresponsible and unattended queries even after months

Sir,
I have been using services from Airtel AP since almost a year, whenever I raise a query with regards to connectivity, tariff etc., they seldom revert with clarifications, the NODAL OFFICER is very careless on answering, with great difficulties I traced the phone no and called him but even afer holding the call for 22 mins he didnot come online to speak to me or called me back, rather he had asked his subordinate to take the complaint but never reverted back till date.


Local office at Tirupathi has all un-trained staff, they don't know the behaviour with customers. Information given by them is age old and will not be relavant to the query asked to them.

Hope some action will be taken on this.

Dear Sir,


We have taken 10 Sim Cards for our Company in July’08 and after that also taken more than 8 Sim Cards for our Maruti Service Station. We had requested in July’08 that our existing numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] be also included in the Company’s group to avail discounted tariff. The above numbers are used by the Directors & Chief Executives of the Company. Inspite of hundreds of calls to Mr. Pawan Kumar (Mobile No. [protected]), Mr. Manjeet Singh, Manager (Mobile No. [protected]) and Mr. Navin Sethi, Zonal Head (Mobile No. [protected]), we regret to write that nothing has been done in last 5 months.

Is this the service Airtel boasts of? Kindly get the necessary action taken by your staff and compensate us for the excessive tariff so collected on the above numbers. It would not be out of place to mention that two times, all the concerned papers are collected by your staff.

I have activted the MISSED CALL ALERTS ... It goes on for 10 days and again i have to give a call to the airtell callcenter and have to do the settings again and again ... No 1 is there to solve the issue and every one whith whom i talk gave a different troubleshooting steps ... THIS IS FROM THE PAST 2 MONTHS .. the airtel is cutting the money and is still not providing the proper service...
I need a proper complain about this issue ... I talked with 1.Swapnil, 2.Amole, 3.Rekhanjali (manager as she said)...

IS AIRTEL will provide the service to me this time ...
