Airtel — Fraudulent Airtel | |
Dear Managers, This is the literal F.Service i have seen from Airtel. I use a prepaid account in airtel from chennai zone, and they are literally taking some Rs.15 every month without my intimation and for no cause. Wen calling the Customer Care 121, most of them disconnect the calls and most of them tell server is down and a few try to help out and bounce back to us saying dat i have downloaded a video tone. This has been hapenning for the last 1 year, and this is the worst ever customer service i have seen.. For Customer Service i would rate Airtel a BIG 0 out of 10 being the highest. Its call takers are pathetic and keep on telling the jargons...and keep pin-pointing the diferent departments within them. When they dont unite between the departments how do they come united to do the best customer service... i work as a Team Leader but ths customer care sucks...literally. I rank them the worsst ever DESAT... They dont knw how to treat the genuine customers...the brand name they have got is because of the people...and they dont deserve it as they dont serve the people instead grab only money more n more...
