[Resolved] Airtel — Land line connection Cut problem | |
Dear Sir, With due respect, on behalf of S3 Infotech Private Limited Noida, We have two land line connections from airtel number are as follow [protected] [protected] We have received one bill against this number of amount 2295 inr. We have paid the cheque number 583370 for amount 2295 and it picked by your guy on 18th nov 2008 and its showing debit from company account on 4th dec 2008. Find the attached statement for the same for proof. But today 10th dec 2008 seems internet and line is not working and when I called the customer care, they said they didn’t receive money and cut the connection. I was in deep shock that how come this happen as my statement is showing amount is debited on 4th dec 2008 . I have lose of work as I m working for offshore model for international clients. Let me know how to proceed for this further as I need proper solution.as i have lost lot many work schedule due to internet connection.
