last 3 months i talk to customer care to unsubscribe yahoo zone but not working plzz unsubscribe yahoo zone on my number my cell no.[protected]

YahooZone Service from Airtel is renewing the Service for next 7days automatically. It should ask for confirmation. It is charging Rs.10/-. I just tought o[censored]sing 1 week, unnecessarily it has renewed for 2 more weeks and charged 20/-. I didn't use last 2 weeks.


Please ask for the confirmation before Renewing.
