sir, i am getting poor responce from customer executives also they are responding my call from my number i.e[protected] i have been getting msg from 64611010 that " thanks for using (subscription, text based services) suscription service on aittel wap.u have been charged rs10 enjoy http://m.igfun.com" from 27/12/2008 to till date i.e 3/1/2009 i am contacting customer care from the first day but they are not listening to my complain.when i asked them to un subscribe they are not answering properly and not refunding my deducted money so kindly look in to the matter thanking you Was this information helpful? i have airtel live activated on my cellphone and use just yahoo through it which costs 30 rpz per months, but since june they deduct money anytime they like.in june they decuted 60 rpz then again in jun 15rpz n then in july again 15 or 30 rpz n now yesterday only they dedcutd 40 rpz.n wen i cal them they say i have downloaded games n stuff..they even tel the damn site..which i nevr opened.Ystrdy only wen they dedctd 40rpz i caled them thy said same rsnn n then in the evng a msg comes thank u fr dwnlodng wallpaper n again dectd 10 rpz..wen jus half hour bfr i had complained abt 40 rpz..This is just not my problem many people have same story to tel, bt wen we cal them thy say downlodd games n apllicatns..

My name is sunil...& my cell no [protected] . I m staying in new delhi...I m using yahoo zone from last 10 or 11 months. Now I am facing problem in using yahoo zone by airtellive from last 12 days...the problem is that when I m using yahoo zone then airtel is deducting my balance without any reason...& airtel is already deducting 10 Rs. after 10 days on regular routine...
Whenever I call at your tech dept & automatically my call gets transfer to customer service dept...I am trying from last 10 or 11 days but I am not able to speak with the cencern dept.
Kindly look into this & resolve this problem immd.
