Airtel — not giving proper feedback from customer care

my friends plan deactivate on 2JAN.I complaint to customer care they told me tat your friends plan will be activate within 24hrs but today is 4JAN my friends plan not activate.when cal today they dont respond me.

i ravi kant singh purchased my new airtel n [protected] on 22 jan 2009 lifetife
form 22 jan to till now i am trying to contact in customer care whenever i dial 121 in custtomer care automatically call is being connected in delaer help desk they are suggest me to dial again 121 but gain again my call coneected in delaer help desk as per your instruction the do not ractify the problem of normal customer. kindly do the need full job as soon as possible
Some of your customer officer disconnected my call without saying any thing i want to clear justification why they have done ?
If any action will not be taken i will go to the higher authority

AirTel — Not giving service

Its been 3 weeks since I bought a Airtel prepaid card (no.- [protected]) with the plan 1paisa/sec. But the service of incomming and outgoing has not yet been started even after many complaints to the AIRTEL company and customer care service centre. So strict action must be taken against the Airtel company.

This is to inform you tha t I had put in a request for cancellation of my Airtel fixed landline connection about a month back but till date the same has not been executed;to my surprise I recd a monthly rental bill for the same after clearing all the dues for which I have got the receipt .It is presumed that Airtel people are thiefs and they try to cheat the customers ;my telephone no is[protected]today I had a word with your executive Mr Neelesh Parihar at 4.15 pm on 16th may-11 and he gave me another ref no 1479652 -if the thing are not executed within 24 hours from this compaint I will file a legal suit aganinst Bharti Airtel for mental harresment and agony

Plz .note I had already Informed Airtel for the disconnection of my Fixed landline connection Last month ie April-11

This is Shekhar Suman i have applied for a new broadband connection my reference no is "[protected]" i have fill the form and paid cash on 13th may 2011. My CEF No: TBLR 242491. I have got a call on 17th May for installation from [protected] but after that when i called it was switched off, then agin i got a call from [protected] for confirmation. He was saying my modem is on but my waring itself has not been done. then i have call costumer care for complain here is some complain no "46272366" "46560304" every time i was gating my problem will be solved in 24 hours but still i have not got any solution.

Can you plz solve my issue or else return back my money. Not to good to say this but now airtel service become bad.
my airtel number not shows range in other states and while contacting customer care peoples, they says "It takes 7 working days to solve this issue". Its although a month and regarding this while I am making a call to customer care they simply says as"Wait I will check and please be in line". The next step the call will be disconnected. Worst customer service and worst response from them.
i am not able to reacive calls
