i am not able to recieve incoming calls as well as sms and my outgoing sms is also not working i am facing this problem from 09/06/2009

i am not able to send SMS & sms setting also not working its showing sim card is busy.

no out going service for my sim. it has suddenly with out any intention. i called to the customer care about this problem but, they told that its an network problem madam and it will work after 11hr. until now its not working. am calling for the customer care but no use, its not connecting its just suggesting me a no. *121# thats it. whats the use of suggesting me that no.
