[Resolved]  Airtel — charging of invalid text based subscription services

I had subscribed for text Based Sevice in Airtel WAP through http://igmobi.com.I am losing Rs 10/- per day for no benefits.I want to immediately deactivate this subscription. Please deactivate the subscription at the earliest. My cellphone no is [protected].

AirTel — Deactivate the Text base services

even though I am not Using any of such services, balance from my mobile has been deducted. I request to deactivate and rrefund the balance deducted.

AirTel — deactivation the text based messages

iam ravi my probleam is my mobile daily 10rs chrges daily so plz the deactivation the mobile

www.igmobi.com — they are charging rs. 10 per day.with out using the service at all. & no option to unsubscribe it.

Hi.. i dont have any idea how did sevice from www.igimobi.com has been activated on my no. & i want to unscribe it. there are no ways that i can unsubsribe the sevice. they are charging 10.rs per day. unnecesaary. it comes upto 300 rs. per month. Request u to take some action on it. & This is not legal.

I have twenty time lodged a complaint on the airtel service number 121 and they assured me that this will be got deactivated within 48 hours but nothing has been done so far. there are number of customer like this being exploited daily.thanks take this matter seriousely and canclel this service immeditly .Thanks

Airtel — I m being charged for nothing........

I think that airtel is the worst mobile service provider in India..
although it has the largest no. of customers and huge network coverage,
most of the customers are not satisfied with the customer care services of airtel..
often our account balance is deduced for nothing and sometimes various services are
started on the numbers without the information and consent of the customers.
customers are unnecessarily charged and further if they want these unwanted services
to be discontinued, they are again charged.
If Airtel is raising funds by doing these things it is really shameful for this reputed company.
if we want to lodge any complain to the customer care executives, they just relieve themselves
by saying that it's not in their hand..
I have suffered too much during last 6 months...
I don't know what to complain and where to complain and what will happen after that???????
