[Resolved]  Airtel — charging of invalid text based subscription services

they have deducted Rs.15 seven times in a month for fusion longe java game service for mobile no [protected], which i have not activated. Please deactivate the service.

I had subscribed for text Based Sevice in Airtel WAP through http://igmobi.com.I am losing Rs 10/- per day for no benefits.I want to deactivate this subscription by tonight.Please be kind enough to deactivate this subscription by tonight I will be grateful.(My cell no is .([protected])

I had subscribed for textbased service on Airtel WAP through http://igmobi.com.I am losing Rs10/-per week for no reason inspite not using AIRTEL LIVE.Please be kind enough to deactivate this subscription by tonight.I will be obliged.(My cell no is-[protected].)

I am also facing the same problem with Airtel WAP service. I don't know how this service - Star_dust Airtel WAP service got activated. I am losing Rs.10 every couple of days, I am unable to deactivate this uncalled for service.
Airtel Service Centres have been very unhelpful and give vague answers or just give some number which does exist or does not take SMS reply to deactivate this unwanted service.
Please help to de-activate this service.

I am seriously thinking of changing the sevice provider.

hi, this is aniket. I was facing the same issue as yours. I had to share my number to get the service deactivated.Would suggest you to do the same

Please deactivate text bassed WAP services on my Air Tel mobile [protected].It is my official phone and i dont want this service.I also tried to contact to customer service but of no use.

Even I have the same problem and they are charging Rs.15 and they send the message "Thanks for using (Fusion Lounge, Animation) subscription service on Airtel WAP. You've been charged Rs.15. so pls stop this service for my moblie. & charging also. otherwise i cut my connection into airtel.

This is with ref to some vague activation of some text based services of which I am unaware of.This auto activation has been deducting Rs 50 from my balance everyday.My mobile no. is [protected] and i request u to please deactivate the subscription immediately today itself and refund the amount deducted, failing which i would be forced to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum.

sir irequest u to deactivate ndtv week pass within 10hrs pls to this no [protected].and ibring a notice to u that no coustmer care is responding to this no.they locked my phone for there service.due to there poor coustmer service ilost 240 rupees balance.they r not giving rgt suggestions.so i request u to pls deactivate ndtv news week pass

I did not use the said service at any time.Now I want to unscubscribe and stop further cuttings from my mobile talktime.
