services — deactivation of text based service

by mistake i had accepted airtel wap service on my mobile but now i want to stop it. i have already called to airtel customer care but till now they couldn't stop it. So i requested you to stop airtel wap service on my mobile as soon as possible. Everyday rupees ten (Rs 10) is being debited to my account. This is being happening from past four days.
I am not getting positive response from Airtel customer care centre as well.

I have five time lodged a complaint on the airtel service number 121 and they assured me that this will be got deactivated within24 hours . but nothing has been done so far. there are number of customer like this being exploited daily. please help us into the matter, thanks
