[Resolved]  Airtel — Outgoing call is barred

Airtel barred my outgoing without any solid proof, they told me I crossed my credit limit but when I cross checked my both billed and unbilled amount was not crossing the credit limit. When I spoke to floor manager he accepted his mistake but when I told him if you made mistake then start my outgoing calls. Instead of allowing my outgoing calls he started forcing me to pay some amount then they will start my outgoing calls and by that time even they didn't generated my bill also. Same day I lodged complain in Airtel Bangalore nodal office but that was also waste. They didn't responded to any of my mails only acknowledgement I'm getting but they are not taking any step. Suggest me if any solution you have.
