Airtel — airtel deducting money all the time

i read a few more complaints against airtel which were exactly about what has happened with me...
i got three messages from some no

"thanks for using value pack service on airtel wap. you've been charge rs99. enter fun zone htt://igmobi.com"

and

"thanks for downloading javagame from airtel live wap service. you have been charged rs 15. enter fun zone htt://igmobi.com"

and

"thanks for using value pack service on airtel wap. u've been charge rs99. enter fun zone htt://igmobi.com"

i don't know these sites... i don't know any java games... who has done it...? it has not been done from my handset or my sim number by me or anyone i know for sure... i think this is matter of concern for the service providers... hoping for some action in this regard...
