I have been receiving cricket score update from airtel live , I even complete about it to the airtel costumer care to stop the cricket score updates but there is no response from them

I want to stop the cricket score updates

20 Rs is deducted from my balance without any service activation and customer care people are not ready to answer properaly. Very bad customer care service

**king thieves. Traveled from B'lore to Delhi and automatically these activated some service in airtel live which drained the balance from the account. The customer care seems to drop the calls when I call them. The Airtel subscribers should initiate a class action lawsuit against these people to force them to refund the money they are making this way, by cheating people.

Dear Sir,

I'm Geetha S subscriber of Airtel prepaid no. [protected]. I have two Airtel mobile phone connection in my home. Airtel has unnecessarily activated many VALUE ADDED SERVICES without my consent.

I believe it not a new marketing technique of Airtel networkings to make subscribers spend their money on their products. And, more over we are changed on unrequested value added plans and when we call on the customer care we have to now spend Rs 0.50/min. Each call to customer care will be at least 5-6 mins. and their also Airtel is making money.

Moreover, I also use a STD offer of Rs.28 which is valid for 1yr, but unfortunately this scheme works for some months and for about 4-5 before the expiry of the offer, the offer gets discontinued. This had happened twice with me. And, as per the recharge coupon seller / centers, this is a regular bad practice by Airtel for the past few times.

I request to the concerned authorities to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

The amount was deducting from my account towards cricket updates and games club even though i don't want to get these services. Please stop those services. My mobile number is : [protected]

Airtel — Fraudulent charging of money through Airtel Live

Today I got a message that I have downloaded some Hungama Game and Rs 10 has been charged to my account. I immediately called up customer care and as I had not downloaded any game. In fact I never use the internet though phone. I was informed that the download had happened at 6:31 pm yesterday (13th Feb). There was no way this could have happened as I was driving at that time and the phone was in my pocket. I remember this as I had a hectic time going shopping yesterday evening with my 2 kids.

This kind of thing had happened to me earlier also when I had got a message that some ringtone was downloaded and Rs 6 has got deducted. I had called up customer care and had asked them to deactivate this. That this is happening the 2nd time reeks of fraud and malpractice.

I have that following severe compliants
- why was I enrolled to Airtel Live without my knowing it. It should be illegal to enroll someone for services without their knowing them.
- how did these games and ringtone downloads happen without my doing anything. Either somone has hacked into my account, or Airtel is doing this on purpose to earn money fraudulently. In either case I need to be compensated.

I am seriously considering shifting to another service provider and make airtel lose more than what they thought they can gain my this unethical and illegal move. It is a great thing that my number wont need to change, a really good directive from the govt of india.

Mobile Service SMS from Airtel — De-active mobile service SMS

But reply message is "kindly note that there are no service activated on your no." to start a service sms"start"to 121. I have 1question when no service is activated then why my account bal. is cut Rs.5 per day.

Airtellive — deactivate airtel live

please deactivate some airtellive from my mobileno [protected] . Airtel has activated some service and cut rs 40. Request to take strict action against the company as this is the 2nd time such a thing has happened. Instruct the company to refund my money.

Airtel prepaid mobile — Deduction for GPRS Monthly package after Deactivation

Dear Sir,

My airtel Prepaid number of Karnataka is [protected]. I had deactivated my MONTHLY GPRS PLAN OF RS.98 yesterday (30.6.2011) through airtel CC ([protected]) vide: CMODC[protected], wherein i was assured they will be no deductions from my balance as the service was deactivated IMMEDIATELY.

However, today (1.7.2011) i see that my account has been deducted for Rs.98. Kindly arrange for refund of the same to my mobile Prepaid account.
