My number before to 30 may 2011 is valid for life time but all of the sudden it has showing me that my validity is left for 3 day`s. Please provide solution to my problem.

I got a sms from Airtel that if i do recharge for Rs 111 on my airtel number [protected], i will get Rs. 100 for life time validity. on 18 feb 2011, i made a recharge for Rs. 111 n my transaction id is[protected]. But neither get the talktime of rs 100 nor the unlimetd validity. Pls help me.. i am a user of this number for last five year..but i never face any problem like this..
