Airtel — Call divert not assign on [protected] | |
I had complained on 19th February 2009 and today is 14th April 2009. in between so many times called up to customer care executives, but they dont want to understand the problem of customers and using rubbish language with customers. I am using Airtel Mobile since 5 years and feel all airtel customer care executives are fool, as they don't now what is mobile. Airtel selected all gunda's who don't know how to speak with customers. Airtel senior authority have to notice on that. Awaiting a call from Airtel office since 19th February to till date, but they are rubbish still not called up for concern problem. call divert system is not working on my airtel number. 2nd i have recharge for lifetime but it show my valadity upto 2012 i called to c.care but in vain.

I agree with you. Even I have faced similar problem. I have been complaining about inflated bills for past few bills. They have raised the bill of the time period when no one was at home. I am complaining every day, no one seems to be interested in understanding the problem. I was charged for the period, when i have requested for shifting. They dont even block the number during the time period.
Customer Care team and billing team never listens to customers and they dont understand any thing. I have written to nodal offices too, and that didnt even solve the purpose.
