WITH REFERNCESS TO OUR TELEPHONIC TALK WITH Mr. RUPAK DEY AT CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES HE IS AGAIN SAYING THAT THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE TO TRANSFER YOUR LINE FROM POST PAID TO PRE PAID WITHOUT TRADE LIC. AS THIS IS COMPANY PAID CONEECTION AS OF NOW I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PAYMENT OF MINE ALL THE THREE CONNECTION.



I WILL NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT FOR ALL THESE THREE NO. [protected]/[protected]/[protected] .



ALSO I AM GOING TO LODGE A COMPLAIN AGAINST THESE INTERACTION WITH ATTACHED E-MAIL RECORD TO THE CONSUMER GREVIENCE DEPT.AS I AM SUFFERING FROM LAST THREE MONTH AND I KNOW THEY WILL TAKE CARE FOR THE SAME .

There are no charges for transferring your postpaid number into Prepaid and you can retain the same mobile number in prepaid. Your Airtel postpaid number will be transferred to prepaid within 48 hours of receiving your documents.







Please be informed that the excess balance will be transferred to your prepaid account after your last bill gets generated and any shortfall balance will be recovered from the available balance in prepaid account.







The excess credit balance if any in your Postpaid account will be transferred to your Prepaid account after your final bill (Post Suspension) get generated.

To The Concerned Manager,

Kindly note that the undersigned gave an application for transfering Postpaid to prepaid on 03/04/2009 to your Palarivattom Office, Cochin, Kerala. As per your exective(very familiar for past 3 years), I have paid Bill amount+ Unbilled amount= Rs. 1030/- (Receipt No.[protected]on the same day and he told me that prepaid connection would be activated by evening 5pm after swithcingoff/recharging. NOTHING HAPPENED!

"Mobile number does not exist" for One and a half month from that date.- DISGUSTING!

Again came an SMS stating that Rs.100/- need to be paid as balance inorder to clear all payments.- I PAID(Reciept Date: 24/04/2009) - NOTHING HAPPENED!
Still SMS came Rs.124/- has to be paid. After discussing the same with your executive, his words surprised me- " you can pay Rs. 50 or atleast you pay just Rs.30/- so that he can process it within 2 hrs"- A QUESTION FROM A GENUINE CUSTOMER- IS AIRTEL RUNNING UNDER THE ROOF OF A FISH MARKET? - I PAID RS. 30(Receipt Date: 28/04/2009) - NOTHING HAPPENED!

After wasting so much time and petrol (at least 8 visits I made to your Palarivattom Office and each time your eversmiling same excutive gave me hope) i think that amount also need to be given as compensation against this ridiculous service- sorry for terming this as DAD-LESS service.

During my visit by 1st week of May, your smart executive connected to his Kadavanthra Branch Mate. He gave me a firm word that myconnection would be trasferred after getting disconnected within 2 hrs. Mobile got diconnected, but never regained. I AM IN A HANDICAPPED SITUATION NOW.- even anticipate that never it would be regained and the only available option is to cancel.- your suggestions welcomed.

Finally, One of your executive called up from Trivandrum before 2days stating that, i need to shell off another Rs.224/- for transferring from postpaid to prepaid, otherwise my connection may get cancelled.- WHAT I COULD DO WAS ONLY TO CUT THE TELECON RIGHT THERE.

PLEASE HELP ME IN UPDATING WHERE MY CONNECTION STANDS. WILL IT GET TRASFERRED WITHOUT ANY PAYMENT. IF I NEED TO SPARE ONE MORE RUPEE, YOUR PALARIVATTOM/ KADAVANTHRA EXECUTIVE SHOULD CALL ME AND TELL THAT- AND THEY WOULD NEVER DARE TO CALL ME.

KINDLY TAKE THIS REQUEST IN THE VERY RIGHT SENSE AND DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST. (please note this is my second complaint that is being lodged regarding the same- 1st one i hope you haven't received.)
