[Resolved] Airtel — CLIP NOT WORKING | |
DEAR SIR/MADAM I AM USING AIRTEL POSTPAID SINCE 2004 AND YESTERDAY LATE NIGHT MY SERVICES GOT DISCONNECTED LIKE CLIP & MOBILE OFFICE. AND I HAVE ALSO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY HAV NOT RECTIFY MY PROBLEM. SOME OF THEM SAYING IT WILL BE DONE BY 7 P.M AND SOME OF THEM IT BE DONE WITHIN 48 HRS. There is a code to activate clip by sms. I don't remeber but you can ask them. Do not hesitate to go to Airtel website and find important emails and raise your issues. Puke out your anger on Support Reps completely.
