[Resolved]  Airtel — Spam messages

Hi,

I have an Airtel connection for more than 5 years. Recently (3months back) I converted the connection to Postpaid Corporate connection. For the last couple of days, I am receiving spam messages daily that are offending and anti-religious in nature. I already contacted the Airtel complaint centre and asked to block the number from which I am getting the sms-es, but they couldn't resolve this. Please look into this issue and block the number sending sms.

I traced the number online and it belongs to Tata Docomo Kolkata circle. The number is [protected]. Kindly block the number from sending any sms/calls to my number.

I get about 10-15 SMSs daily which are nothing but spam on my Airtel # [protected] . These messages are not even from the same source that will help me to block the message as needed.

These kind of messages absolutely serve no purpose to the end user except to increase the frustration level throughout the day with unnecessary notifications on the cell phone.

Some example of SMS sources: TD-FITNESS5, TD-ADARSH, AD-655007, TD-MRKTGURU, TD-Getit, TD-MRSJH, TD-INDIAFLY, LM-Nokia, TA-Guru, TD-BizGup, LM-HDFCLIFE etc, etc, etc......

There are some phone numbers sending me spam messages asking me to buy something or the other......for example : [protected], [protected], [protected]

Another number i get a message from everyday is 56363 and it says the same thing everyday To get todays Models Video Club content Click here(charges 30p/20kb)http://bit.ly/AlModelVid .
Please unsubscribe me from this as well. I have no clue why dies this message come every single day. Maybe i was charged for something i dont even know about.

These are just to name a few. The list will be endless if I have to mention all.

Please stop these messages one way or the other.
