[Resolved] Airtel — Regarding Airtel Plug to Surf Internet Connection | |
Sir/Mam, I Ashish Anand a resident of Patna bought Airtel's PLUG TO SURF device. I was informed by the Salesman of Airtel in Airtel office at Gandhi Maidan, Patna that the connection would give me a speed of 236kbps. But since the day I have bought this device and been using it I have never got a speed more than 10kbps and sometimes the speed is as low as 1kbps. This is surely against their words and much lower than their speed of 236kbps. This entire device costs me Rs 3600/= which is obviously a huge sum. So, in this regard I would like you to take action against them and reimburse me the entire sum deposited or just solve the problem. Am a resident of kannur district in kerala state. when i was purchaising airtel plug n surf i was offered a very good speed, somewhere around 250 kbps, but guys never ever trust what airtel says.Am getting 4-5 kbps, which is almost 1/100th of what they offere!!!. imagine guys...
And one other thing is, you cant check its speed in airtel office as it takes 24 hours to activate. that actually is a nice trick, because customer will never know the speed till 24 hours after purchaising. Sooo???? we loose money which they wont give us back, nice trick. I hv been already traped. but guys if you know anyone going to purchase airtel plug n surf, tell them not to buy it,
