As per june 11 2008 notification from goverment mobile tower are not alloweded on hospital, school and residence building you can confirm the same from this site http://www.zeenews.com/articles.asp?aid=448091&sid=REG, but you are installing the mobile tower in mahalaxmi temple at tulsi bahavan, mumbai-26 so take action immediately or you may face many problems. as tower is in front of my window.

Residential purpose — Cell phone Network Issue

I m a Airtel netwrk card holder for my cell phone, I stay in Vasai Rd(w), Dist thane, State- Maharashtra, India. Network is very poor in this area, when at home we never get network & ppl who call us on cell get msg as unreachable or switched off. If get a call by chance, when attended either the caller cant hear or viceversa. Boosters are very much required to be implemented as its creating lot of problem. I am provided this airtel number for my offical purpose & cant communicate oncell phones due to bad netwrk. Always get compalints for my colleagues are not ale to reach me for offical purpose/issues on time. Requesting you to pls take this matter on priority basis. Hope customer care is important for you. Awaiting positive response from you.

Mobile Towering Hazards
The Science has already warned us in strong terms that mobile phone has adverse effect on our health for its emission of electro-magnetic radiation each time we receive a call single. Just imagine if one single unit of mobile set can cause bad effect on our health in due course of time, then what would be the outcome of bombardment of signal impulses which lead to ceaseless emission of electromagnetic radiation in larger density by transmitting towards our residences and Mobile companies keep on erecting Mobile towers by paying a few thousand to the site or building owners but they never bother to take opinion or permission from the concerned authorities and immediate neighbors whose health and safety is equally at risk for that towering system as these mobile towers are being erected at ground and secondly BBMP warned all the residents to keep neat and clean area near to the residence to avoid all types of insects, rates, straw dogs making their day today shelters which are of course harmful to the public and trespassers. Law must be formed the company should formally obtain the permission of the people residing within the radius of at least 500 meters prior to installation of such towers on ground as they may fall due to earth quack, weighty winds and poor workmen ship. Little thousand rupees as rent now but serious sickness later is not a fair deal between the company and site or building owners. There is a circular passed on 02/03/2005 to install mobile tower in residential area but how far this circular is considered considering the safety of the immediate neighbors, young children trespassers, animals and beautiful birds of the area.


Very funny that third party insurance required for vehicle but not for immediate residents residing around mobile tower erected at ground floor.

i completely agree with the complaint.i strongly recommend all sorts help in this regard from the part of govt.to stop the installation of mobile towers in every nook and corner of land area and causing endless health troubles to the people residing in its surroundings.we can live without mobile and mobile towers but not health.i wish people would undestand this before blindly allowing the company to construct these towers just for the sake of a few money.
