[Resolved] Airtel — Not Changing my post paid plan | |
Hi, I am working with Oracle Financial Services, Pune. I am using post paid Coorporate User Group(CUG) Airtel connection. With in my company Airtel is running two plans. I want my plan changed to my current plan to other cheaper plan which suit my usage. But inspite to writing emails many time and visiting Airtel Relationship store, they are not changing my bill plan due to which i am forced to may extra monthly bill. Please look into the issue.
