I have Airtel Simcard from last 3 years, In my room there is no signal of airtel, my house is in the mid of the city.I call several times to customer care, they says your problem will be solved in 7 days but after a month the problem remains same.This is my very old no. thats why I cant change this.Having lots of trouble I decided to divert my calls to other no., I call customer care again, they tell me you only divert a call on airtel and idea, then I purchase a new idea connection.I call customer care again to activate call divert on my new idea number now they says you only divert a call on airtel local no.
What can I do now this is a very worst customer care, kaise kaise gadho kop bitha rakha hai, usi din maine apnaa irtel ka sim tod ke phenk diya.

i am using airtel sim card past 1.5 year. as per airtel instructions submission of all relevent documents. i have submitted my id proof and photo copy on last monday monring(18.10.10) in 3rd line beach road. chennai-600 001. there is airtel staff no body didnot response properlly. also still now i did not get my connection. please take auction for all airtel staff and connnect my airtel connection. thank you.
my airtel balence is on 9/04/011 24 and 10/04/011 ko bhi 40 rs charge kiy gaya jb so please tell me whree is gon my ballance when i try to tak custmer care center so please tell me oyher wise we change the network
