[Resolved]  Airtel — FWP Connection Tariff Plan Change

Hi,
I had taken a FWP Connection from Airtel 6 months ago and want to convert to prepaid from current postpaid plan.
I have called customer care and visited airtel shop multiple times but no one has been co-operative in doing the needful.

I am sorry to say but the customer care is pathetic as each person has a different version of the truth.

I wanted to retain the number but the staff has been least co-operative in helping me out.
The only option I have left is that I disconnect the number.

I am forced to launch this complaint as I'm not being heard and have nowhere else to contact.

Request to let me know what action we can take in such a situation.

hi we have tried a lot to contact your customer care department but apologies to say the on hold timings for customers is very irritating

i want to launch a complaint regarding the addtion of more connections at our working place but due to extended hold timings atleast 15 days has been passed and we are unable to launch the request for the same

aapki company poore word me bekar service dene wali company hai. mera fwp number [protected] ye hai. aapke yaha service chalu rakhane ke liye lifetime ka voucher nahi to company zhak marne ke liye rakhi hai kya fwp kya zhak marne ke liye nikale hai kya. bas itna hi batana tha

sab se bekar or kabaad kachra company hai ..daily plan change.daily validity change. no stand of retailers & distributor.z.b.m. kangra ko prepaid recharge ki information tak nahi.boss ke chamche means T.M., saaleo ko ashiqe se time nahin. distributor ko andha bana k, ktora de k, market me bej dete hai. ab to dubne se koi nahi bcha sakta is ko bus 6 months ke baad...
