Airtel — FWP Connection Tariff Plan Change
I had taken a FWP Connection from Airtel 6 months ago and want to convert to prepaid from current postpaid plan.
I have called customer care and visited airtel shop multiple times but no one has been co-operative in doing the needful.
I am sorry to say but the customer care is pathetic as each person has a different version of the truth.
I wanted to retain the number but the staff has been least co-operative in helping me out.
The only option I have left is that I disconnect the number.
I am forced to launch this complaint as I'm not being heard and have nowhere else to contact.
Request to let me know what action we can take in such a situation.
