[Resolved]  Airtel — not refunding balance cut without proper intimation

I pk verma mobile No.[protected] I saw advertisement while checking my balance FREE FREE absolutely free Airtel Friendz Chat call 5432160 so I call 5432160 on 27/08/2009 some option come, so I press accordingly, I did not press for subscribe Airtel Friendz Chat.not any massage come for subscribing Airtel Friendz Chat YES, NO. but next day on 28/08/2009 time 03.16.25 thank you for subscribing to Airtel Friendz Chat. You have been charged Rs.30 for 30 days. To unsubscribe send STOP TO 121. To chat call 546216 Rs2/min 8/28/2009 2:26 PM I talk to customer care at 1.56pm for stopping Friend chat and return amount Rs.30, which is cut without any choosing any option to subscribe Friend chat? But customer care refuses to return it . 8/28/2009 time 14.41.42 I send ‘STOP’ TO 121 reply come
kindly note there are no services active on your airtel number. To ‘START’ a service, SMS ‘START’ TO 121
sir I request you please refund my amount Rs.30 as soon as possible.

AirTel — not refunding balance

i recharged with rs.89 voucher in that cpmpany mentioned THAT GET STD BALANCE OF Rs.89 @ Rs.1/minute. they didnt mentioned either its for mobile only or landline. But on 24JAN. company cut my balance around Rs.19 for my std call on landline for seven minutes from my main balance and Rs.7 from STD balance also. when i called to customer care they are telling that it is customer fault n you should contact before reharge. this is truely cheating with customers. pleas make my balance refund. you only hope remain for this customer.

I M FROM BHOPAL.
I got a message to recharge with 20 and I will get full talk time. I recharged and got 15rupees and I was told that I will get balance 5 in 48 hours. I waited and dint get. I complained and they told that I was eligible and will get the cash in 24 hours. Still they dint credit. I called customer care(198) on 26th march and they could not provide me with the resolution. They told that I was not eligible. But I recharged because I got amesage to recharge. They put on hold for three times to get to the suoervisor. I was treated like nothing and they couldint connect for more than one and a half hour. Please help me to provide me jyustice.

mobile service — cutting charges without intimation

with due respect i beg to say that my phone no. is[protected] runing smoothly but on 12 july,the chages for hello tune tone is deducted without my activation $ without intimation how air tel cutting the charges?Later on they cheating $giving thank to custmor after deduction. Allready i have registered for DND service.sir you are requested to do needful action $ recover my amount
