Airtel — Unnecessary Cricket alert send for which balance is deducted.

I am unnecessarily getting Cricket Alerts as, I have not subscribed for this service. Moreover my balance is getting deducted for this service. If these people wud have been in front of me I wud have spanked them.
Please look into the matter... My mobile No is [protected]

I too am getting these updates, however, i have spoken to customer service they have unsubscribed me, twice, yet i am still getting these updates.

I had Same Problem of getting cricket scores and amount getting detected

type UNSUB CKT and sms to 54321 it automatically gets unsubscribed

to get other menu to unsubscribe type SUB MENU SMS 54321 and get the code an sms UNSUB <CODE>

I read all the complaints of yours and came with this solutions..I was also facing the same problem as i daily use to get cricket alert msg from 54321. These subscribtion was automatically enabled by Airtel, I[censored] don't want to lose ur money try the procedure, It's working, i have unsubcribe myself from the service.

Airtel customers can SMS 'Start' or 'Stop' to 121 (toll free). An SMS is sent acknowledging customer's request & advises them of the next step. As per that proceed further withi 3 SMS you are out from that service. SO TRY IT...
