I have dropped the payment cheque at Airtel dropbox and apparently that dropbox is not properly maintained by the airtel people. They barred my calls and informed me that they have not received the payment. But it not my mistake that they don't have someone looking after the drop boxes daily. Also, I work for an MNC and the drop box is provided by the Airtel itself. Instead of addressing the internal issue themselves, they are making it tough for me. I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY DONOT LOG THE COMPLAINT IN THEIR DATABASES. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

[protected] is the Airtel telephone number of Mrs Shyamali Biswas. I have dropped a cheque of 987258 of Oriental Commerce Bank dated 15/07/09. The amount was Rs 1180/- in a drop box of Airtel shop on Khanpur Deoli Main Road, New Delhi 62. Earlier I used to get bills through courier. But now the bill comes through internet but I cannot open it as I do not remember my password. Moreover, there is no arrangement to revive my forgotten password. For the last two months I have been dropping cheques in drop box at Sant Nagar drop box and I checked up the next day and found that it reached you. But today, after checking with Airtel that you have not received the received the cheque yet. KIndly let me know the present position.
