Airtel — SIM PERMANENTLY DISCONNECTED
Dear sirMy Mobile phone number [protected] is blocked Date 07/10/2010 without any information and I am unable to calls. I have to do some important calls regularly.
I visit the Airtel Relationship Center (ARC) regard our number but I was said that they have no information for your airtel number ([protected]). purchase new airtel number(SIM).
My Address C-333, Nirala Nagar, Lucknow. and Connection in the name of SHRI LAL GUPTA.
Hence you are hereby requested to unblock the same at the at the earliest.

Service — Sim Permanently Disconnect
I am an Airtel Customer since 2002 and hold 2 post paid nos 1 broadband no & a Pre-paid no ([protected]). In all the nos. my address is where I stayI had taken the prepaid no. on 14th April 2008 by submitting my Driving Licence as ID proof & my Airtel bill as address proof. I received an sms on 25th June that due to verification problem my no. is suspended & that I should again submit the documents. On 26th June I visited Airtel Care at Shopprix Mall, sector-61 Noida where I could find lots of customers with the same problem. When I explained my problem to one executive there, she asked me to again fill the enrollment form but said that the form would be available the next day only. I again visited the next day and again forms were not available and they asked me to arrange for the form from any mobile shop. I arranged the same from 'Hot Spot' & after filling the form duly submitted the same on 28th June.
I was told by the executive that 28th being Saturday the form would be sent on Monday(30th Jun) & assured me that the services would resume by next Thursday i, e 3rd July.
My connection was not activated & I again contacted them on 4th July. The executive checked the register & confirmed that the documents were sent on 29th itself & asked me to contact on Monday(7th July). I called her up in the morning & she said she would investigate & let me know about the same by evening. I again called her up at[protected]Airtel relationship Center) to which she said that my no has been permanently disconnected on 30th June.
Now, I would like to know something:-
Why was I not informed of verification failure earlier while I had taken the connection on 14th April & only came to know on 25th June?
How is it possible that in case of Post Paid & Broadband I stay at the address mentioned above but not in case of Pre Paid?
Why are customers harrassed by asking again & again to submit the documents?
How could a line be permanently disconnected in 5 days?
Who carried out the verification & what was found incorrect?
I am really dissatisfied with the services of Airtel & would like my no. to be again activated.
