[Resolved]  Airtel — About Credit Limit

I had taken an airtel sim with a plan of Rs.799/- (Freedom Plan). In 15 days my unbilled usage Rs.1947/- crossed my credit limit of Rs.1200/-. I was never informed about CREDIT LIMIT criteria in the begining. Otherwise I would have gone for other subscribers like vodafone, with a solid reason that my monthly usage of phone is more than Rs.2000/- & it is never a problem in vodafone as far as credit limit is concerned. Now on 22 of sep 2009 I paid Rs.500/- for the same but ultimately my phone is barred. At airtel office "Shaan Traders" at cilvil lines in Allahabad no one is concerned about coustomer but emphasise more on "MONEY" which is irrelevent in the end.
Really I am suffering from this Telecom Company as I have distributed this no. at my "Field" & my "Office" & can not use my personal no. for the same.

My phone bill was 2, 28, 690 and I raised a complaint for the same. I had enabled autopay and even after telling Airtel not to cut any amount of money from my account they deducted and used my phone. I was falsely charged for this amount.
