Dear Madam/Sir Could you please inform me why you have deducted Rs 100/- from my account on 21.09.2009 as subscription charges-heavy refresh done-IE Visit with out informing me????Your IE has visited & resolved the problems on 14.09.2009,but why should I pay for this,as that caused the problem not from my side but it was done from your side.When your Engineer has installed the dish on 26.07.2009 on our premises at that time I informed your Engineer it will create problem in future as that installation site to fixing the dish was not proper place.But he assured me that if you will face any problem than we will resolve it.So because of your Bad service only we suffered & again you are chagring for that. Really I am very much upset with your services which you did.So I request you don't do like this & refound my amount Rs 100/- as early as possible. AirTel — AIRTEL CHARGING THE CUSTOMERS ILLEGALLY

I HAVE A CELL NUMBER FROM AIRTEL WHICH I DON"T WANT TO DISCLOSE PUBLICALLY, THEY KEEP SENDING USELESS MESSAGES AND DEDUCT HUGE CHARGES. ON COMPLAINING THEY SAY I HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO THEIR PLANS. MY SALARY IS JUST 5000/- MONTH. I HAVE TAKEN THE NUMBER FOR MY PERSONAL USE AND EMERGENCY, NOT PAYING USELESS CHARGES FOR WHICH I HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBED OR HAVE ASKED TO DEDUCT ANY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.

please let others aware of it and if possible post it in Facebook or other social media sites..that way you can help others from using this crap ...

i completely agree that AIRTEL service is worst in the busines, that is coz there are some irresponsible Airtel DTH officers who are not ready to take the ownership.

in short don't go for AIRTEL DTH.
