[Resolved]  Airtel — Poor Service on Product

I have got connection with Air tel from 17th Oct 2006 onwards. Alongwith my connection I was provided an Instruments [Model no FWP Telluler] but within six month time I have frequently facing problem with Instrument as battery was not lasting for long . I have been requestd the company many times . also I approched the Airtel company in Santhome at Chennai office . They directed me to West mambalam,Chennai service center. Where I was told that particular model was not existing any more . I again called up the customer care at Airtel I was once again told to come to Santhome Office at Chennai. again at Chennai they directed me at West mambalam service center. I also explain to Airtel people then there was no service on this and now they were also saying nothing can be done on this issue.Name My Details Srinivasan S

Since there was no servic on my instrument I have requested on 31st July 2009 to Change my bill plan with customer care and they also assured me it will effect from 03 september 09 onwards. but till today change of my bill plan also not done as they were refused to change my plan and telling its in Corporate plan . I am an induvidual and my connection for my resident purpose . since for the above poor service iam paying an avarage of Rs.750/-per month. I need an advice on this issue.
