Airtel DTH — Pathetic Customer Service
I am having pathetic experience with Airtle DTH. My cable is down for last one month. I have been calling to their customer care every day,1. They don’t even maintain a
log of previous conversation, so every time you need to explain the problem. I think, I must have spent at least 100 rupees on these calls.
2. Every time, they will open new ticket and close the old one so that their SLA is maintained and the ticket doesn’t show up in ageing report.
3. They also maintain a local number, where no one picks the phone.
4. Many times, my call was escalated to their supervisor. Every time they promised that problem will be fixed but nothing happened.
5. Few times, their technician also came to my house but they were unable to resolve the problem. One will say its antena problem and other will say its DVR problem but then problem remains unsolved. They never came prepared with all the things, so that it can be resolved. Poor technicians spent so much time without getting the results.
6. Today, when I told them to disconnect my service and refund the remaining money and price for DVR then they told , as per their records money has been refunded to me on 28th December 2010. Please check your credit card , which I did and there is nothing.
7. I am continiously getting call from [protected] their customer service but when I pick up the phone no one responds. I am sure, after sometime they will start saying the customer is not picking up the call.
Airtel is behaving like a cheater, who will take all the money up front and its your luck if you get no proble. If you are unlucky then they will never fix the problem and never return the money as well.
I am very dissatisfied customer. It is my appeal to all the readers, don’t get persuaded by the flashy Airtel advertisements and buy the service. Please try other providers. These guys are cheating people in very organized way.

Still I haven't got any solution from your side. I did receive a call from your side but it didn't help at all, very typical Airtel service. Can some one call and solve this issue?

This issue is still not resolved. Your team has certainly has come to my house to fix the problem but only half or the channels are working and recording facility is not working either.
Please fix it completely before marking prematurely resolved.

Airtel DTH — Airtel DTH Customer service is Pathetic
Hi,I got this Airtel DTH connection free with LCD tv.
Its been a week now,everytime i call up customer service with customer id to setup installation,its a new request.
They say in 2 hrs i will get a call to schedule installation and no one turns up.
I give a call to them 3 times in a day and explain everything from beginning and status is still the same.
Untill now i hvent got Airtel DTH connection.Had heard about there pathetic service but experienced it now.
Please dont go with there service.
