i want to deactivate yahoo zone from my mobile... the link they are providing for the same is not working... and each montyh they are charging on..i expect another way to deactivate it... my no is [protected]

I had three times requested airtel service center to deactivate this yahoo zone service on my [protected] no. as i do not have airtel wap connection, but sill they are charging 30/- per month for yahoo zone.

Please help me to rid of this type o[censored]nwanted services.

Deactivate Airtel GPRS Service
Despite my previous request through mobile to you to deactivate my Airtel GPRS Service subscription, but nothing is happened and continuesly you are charging Rs.35/-month from last two months. Hence again I am sending my complaint not to deduct any amount further. If you do not bother about this complaint Airtel company has to meet the consequences.
This is the last intimation for this.
