Delay in instalation

i bought airtel DTH from the dealer Liability sales corporation, sadar Bazar, Jhansi,U.P. on 16th Oct 2009.Before purchasing the DTH I asked the dealer that tomorrow is Deepawali , will you be able to install the DTH ?and this I asked atleast 4-5 times and he assured me after talking to costmer care center that on 17 the DTH will be instaled by 10 am. I cancelled all my appointment and waited for them till 12 noon. I phoned them and they assured me to installed before 2 pm but no one turned out. then again I phoned at 7 pm but they were making us fool. At 8 pm i received a phon call from costomr care centre that they won't install today. I and my family become so upset because whole day they made us fool . atleast they have told us in the morning that they are unable to install to day , so we may be mentaly prepared for next day. but for irresponsible bhehavour of the center we totaly lost our DEEPAWALI festival.

Middle class tendency is to bring some thing new to home in deepawali and feel the joy with the family.
but sorry to say this year Airtel destroied our deepawali badly.

I home the action will be taken against them, Otherwise I take the further action.

I have applied fo Airtel IPTV on 29/04/09.
A guy ( Mr Nardan came to my place to collect that money.
But till date IPTV ser vices are not installed, I regret my decision to go for IPTV. Local cable would have been much better, because of services,
MR. Nardan never took my concern seriously .,
He never heard my grievence seriously.
He just keep tellimg me tomorrow[protected].
And that 2morrow never came.
Then i called [protected], helpline no, request ID 19515868.
they told me delay s due to problem at back office, so it will tbe installed by saturday ...
Great i think i am living in 15th century, wear to install a box at ma place will take more than 10 days, , , & that too i am not sure about...
Thanks Airtel for making me choose your IPTV

normally ppl didn't work at day of diwali. the sales ppl assured u installation for the purpose of sales. its normal thing in india. so enjoy your DTH from tomorrow onwards

Your issue has been resolved and someone would shortly be assisting you with the installation, so say goodbye to your ordinary T.V. and say hello to IPTV.

My Customer ID [protected] and My transaction ID is9670285 , I have booked Airtel DTH on 7th July and also made the payment thru credit card , when i booked this DTH custmer care executive said - DTH will be install with in 48 hrs. Till date , I have not received any call from airtel and also register the complaint on 12150 against complaint no. 3265226 for the same but now customer care executive said DTH will be install on 12th Jul. I would like to request to you , please do not sale the product with false commitement and now cancel my this connection turn charges to me on high priority.

Secondly i never suggest to any one for AIRTEL DTH at least in my company or my relatives.
have paid for airtel digital connection 2 days ago..they promised to install the device within 24 hours..its been more than 56 hours and i havn't heard a word from them..even they are not picking my phone..
they contacted within an hour of placing an order to gather the cash..so why its taking so long to them to install the device..
I had applied for airtel broadband connection on July 20, 2010. However it has not been installed till date despite requests to all the higher official of Airtel of Punjab Region.

I want to register a complaint and find a solution to my problem. My name is V.Avinash and my mobile number registered with Airtel is +[protected].

I had applied for an Airtel Broadband connection on August 25th 2011. I was told that the installation would take 2 days. The agent also mentioned it might take upto 12 days in the rarest of rare cases.

As of today (September 8th 2011) I haven't received any verification call from Airtel, I have visited their office at least 5 times but haven't received any positive response and executives at the Airtel complaints helpline[protected] are only registering my complaint but aren't providing any solution.

Please let me know what am I supposed to do in this case.
