[Resolved]  Airtel — Charges for landline

Dear sir i am using airtel prepade mobile since from 10 months.Now airtel has reduced the call chaerges for local land line numbers in karnataka to 1 Rs.But till now i did not get that service to my mobile.i had called to call center about 5 time but therte was no use.Can you help me .My mobile no is +91-[protected]

dear sir, my landline no. is [protected]. i m using plan 1050 since about 1 yr n do not want to change it to 1399. but i got a message from u that my plan has been changed without any confirmation call . i tried to complaint on 121 and 198 .but i was not given any complaint no. nor my plan is made as previos of 1050. plz help thanx.
