Airtel — No replies | |
Dear Friends, Last month I have purchased some vouchers for activating Airtel DTH on my television. Have purchased the packs from airtel's website. Inspite of several remiders on connection was installed. After 3 weeks when we requested then to cancel our earlier request for activation, they mention they refund cannot be processed as the vocuhers have been purchased from a dealer. They mention that my dealer was VRITI INFOCOM, Delhi. Have written several emails to Vriti Infocom, without any feedback from them. This was not expected from an world class orgainsation like AIRTEL. please let others aware of it and if possible post it in Facebook or other social media sites..that way you can help others from using this crap ...
i completely agree that AIRTEL service is worst in the busines, that is coz there are some irresponsible Airtel DTH officers who are not ready to take the ownership.
in short don't go for AIRTEL DTH.
