Airtel — Interrupted service because of backend wrong package selection. | |
My customer ID of Airtel Digital TV is [protected]. I had logged a complain no 1439718 regarding all my services has been blocked on Friday 6th 2:30 PM. When I had called the customer care they told me that this has happened because of wrong billing on their behalf. It has been almost 32 hours since this complain has been logged but my services has not been restored as yet which had to restore by 16:30 today. And mow they are asking for 1 more day to rectify. AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — broadcast interrupted
I m bharat trivedi.. My Airtel Digital TV ID is [protected] ..Request No. is 11226171 and happy Code No. is 470... we r not getting the proper broadcasting..the broadcasting is intrrupted the screen gets blank again and again.... but after swtching off and then on it starts again but for sometime.. i have complained many times but not getting any proper reply42%
