I HAVE NEVER OPTED THE VAS PACK 30 SERVICE WITH AIRTEL. TO MY SURPRISE THIS SERVICE IS RENWED DURING OCTOBER '09 TO Rs.30/- DEBITED TO MY PREPAID ACCOUNT. DURING OCTOBER '09 I HAVE RECHARGED MY SERVICE RS.44/- AND RS.152/- AND THE SAME AMOUNT CREDITED TO THE DEDICATED ACCOUNT WITHOUT INFORMING ME. MY CELL NUMBER IS[protected].PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND KINDLY HELP ME.

I have not subscribed to this pack and Rs.30/- was deducted from my account. I don't want this pack on my cell. Stop this non-sense of subscribing things like this and cutting money from user accounts. I want my Rs.30/- back into my account.
