Airtel — Inbox not accepting sms

Sir,

My Airtel mobile No is [protected].
In my handset my inbox was not accepting sms sent to me.
However when I sent sms to anybody it goes.
Pl activate my Inbox to receive sms,as early as possible.

Sir,
My complaint resolved on Friday on 11th Dec'09 at shivaji park airtel gallary.
However pl. note that my problem was arised on 30thNov, I am informed you first on 3rd Dec on 121, and then at consumer complaint on 5thDec.But my querry actually resoved on 11th Dec, only after my personal visit to your gallary.
The service given to me is very poor.
