[Resolved]  Airtel — unable to call customer care while in roaming

Airtel Prepaid — Calling to customer care center is chargeable!!!

Hi,

I have been charged for calling to Airtel customer care center recently. When asked they are saying, to give world class service they are charging every one who calls from 121 0r [protected]. This is peak of ignorance from Airtel. They want to make money on customer care also?. Airtel should be sued for this.

I am also a unfortunate customer of AIRTEL for the past 10years, It is really picpocketing at our home itself. Airtel thinks that no one will challenge these type of nonsense. Or otherwise Airtel wants some cheap ADD through these type of funny activities. I am also one of the looser by making a call to customer (service) neusense.My mob no [protected]. By eat another unfortunate Nagarajan.

What nonsense, it still doesnt work. Infact I have even tried calling [protected] (the other number for customer care of airtel) which is chargeable, had to sit through minutes and minutes of IVRS, and when I finally got through to a customer care executive, the phone simply got cut.

So not only do I lose my money calling this number, I dont even get through. Airtel's customer service is by far the most pathetic service in this country, I cant wait for MNP to be implemented. I have tried Reliance and Docomo, and they are a whole world better than Airtel, believe me these guys are going to completely eat your market share when MNP comes. The earlier the better. I am a prepaid subscriber of Airtel since 5 years, but only because I need the number.

its the same experience with me too, i think its the same for every one. custoare service in roaming doen't work and is charged.pathetic service
