Hi, I'm Shrish Chandra and my prepaid mobile no. is [protected]. I am regularly complaining to Airtel Prepaid customer care for the matter about automatically deduction of my balance. I'm getting same message (You have ben renewed for Wallpaper pack Subscription service from airtel. you have been charged Rs.10. Filmy Buzz and pics 32169# from 54321) as if i have been awarded. when I saw my inbox, it was flooded with such sms since a long period. Even when I was out of town and was not using this SIM. I have been using airtel since 2004 and I am very sorry to say, I'd never recommend airtel to any of my friend. Waiting for your positive response. Shrish Chandra Was this information helpful? I m also not recommending airtel to any of my friend.

The previous service was removed and it was not more than 12 hrs, i got charged Rs 10 for bikinibabes subscription service. I have never seen such a cheap way to earn money.

I get charged even for reading the SMS from 54321, i mean by the time i read the SMS i receive another SMS for some nonsense downloading charges, i am fedup. Also charges for downloading games is reflected in my monthly bills even when i am not activated to my GPRS, crazy way to earn money by AIRTEL

Same problem with me. Airtel charged me of 250 bucks in last 2 days via 54321. Phone [protected].

Customer care is in some sort of denial. Its not a big deal to junk the sim and get a new one. But they are going to lose customers big time!

Same problem with me. Airtel charged me again and again for renewal of nonsense service. I am going to stop recharge my Phone [protected]. I did not complain to customer care because I know they can't solve this problem.
What the rubbish about Airtel Service.
I m also not recommending airtel to any of my friend.

Today we got robbed off Rs. 99 from 54321. My father has a Airtel Prepaid connection. He never uses gprs or downloads any stuff from Airtel. He received the following message: Thanks for downloading g-force from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 99. Filmy Buzz & pics *321*69# End.
Called up 121 in vain. Sent an email to Airtel Customer Support Team and waiting for response. He is very disturbed and worried whether this will be repeated again when I informed him about the long list of complaints from Airtel subscribers.

i also agree, sir.i too hav faced the same problem of the automatical deduction of balance, without downloading any wallpaper pack, and which i will never want to.i have been charged with Rs30. its really embarassing to know, that u extract money from your consumers through such silly ways. its really dissapointing . phone - [protected]
