[Resolved]  Airtel — number not working

sir,
i have been using airtel postpaid for 5 months. two months ago i decided to change it to prepaid...so i filled up all the necessary documents..to the dealer. But my number was not shifted and is now closed for more than 1 month. I made a complaint regarding that but no one gave me a satisfying answer. Now i have decided to go to consumer court...let's see if AIRTEL cares for their customers.
....please suggest me the right way to get my number start again.

I purchased post paid connection of airtel (cell no [protected]) 12 days back with ISD, but it is not working in Finland, whereas airtel representativesaid that it will work. I m in deep trouble
i buy a new sim from retailer and it is not working and i want to send my doducument through the internet.pliz help
