Airtel — no proper service/bill not getting

I AM REGULAR CUSTOMER OF YOUR ORGANISATION FROM LAST 1 YEAR BUT SINCE THE DAY I HAVE BOUGHT YOUR CONNECTION NOT A SINGLE MONTH I HAVE RECEIVED MONTHLY BILL ON MY ADDRESS ONLY BILL MESSAGES ARE COMING AS THE CONNECTION WAS GRANTED TO ME BY MY COMPANY M/S SUVIDA DRUMS,THEY HAD ASKED ME TO SURRENDER ALL THE BILL TO GET THE AMOUNT WHICH I HAVE BEEN PAID TO YOU ,AFTER 20 TO 30 TIMES I HAD CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER HELP SERVICE BUT INVAIN I HAVE NOT GOT ANY CALL FROM YOUR SIDE NOR I HAVE RECEIVED THE BILL
I HAVE REGULARLY PAID BILL BUT WITH LATE FEES BECAUSE OF NOT GETTING YOUR BILL ON TIME
NOW FROM 1ST FEB I HAVE NOT USED MY PHONE YOU CAN CHECK IT BY YOUR RECORD
ALSO I HAD GONE TO YOUR ULHASNAGAR GALLERY THE ADDRESS IS AS GIVEN BELOW

AND MEET MISS SONALI AND GAVE VOLUNTARY DISCONNECTION REQUEST FORM (NUMBER IS REF NO.64631)
BUT SHE HAS NOT ACCEPTED THE FORM
I HAVE TO TRAVEL A DISTANCE OF 40 KM TO REACH AT THEIR OFFICE
FOR THAT PURPOSE I HAVE TO TAKE A LEAVE FROM MY COMPANY
AND WHAT I AM GETTING IS A GOOD LIE, THAT THEY HAVE SENT THE BILL BY MAIL,
IS THESE THE SERVICE YOU GIVE PEOPLE FOR PAYING YOU OUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
I WANT TO DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION AND WANT MY DEPOSIT REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
THIS IS MY LAST LETTER TO YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS IF THERE IS NO ACTION FROM YOUR SIDE I WILL APPROACH TO CONSUMER COURT.

Dear Airtel Help desk / Customer Care,

I neutrally agree the above complaints as i have also facing the same problem. Yes i received a message on my mobile no. asking to visit the nearest airtel gallery along with the original identification documents for successful continued service within 48 hours. This is 4th time message im receiving from when i activated my mobile no. I dont understand why this happening again & again. Dont you people have proper co-ordination internally? Why your reputed organization troubles us in this way? Sometimes there is no network at all.

Please see into this & help us not repeat again. Solve this issue once for all. I am facing many problems from your end.
